The image is a digitally manipulated composite of two photographs. On the left side there's a photograph featuring a tall building with a pointed top under a partly cloudy sky. The structure appears to be an architectural building with a modern design and several visible windows.
On the right side there is another photograph overlaid on the first one. This photo contains an abstract digital art effect that resembles a colorful rainbow or spectrum emanating from the bottom left corner of the image reaching towards the top right corner. The rainbow colors transition smoothly from red to violet and are interspersed with what appears to be a spectrum of light refractions creating an illusion of depth and movement.
