The image is a composite that shows two different scenes. On the left side there's a photograph of an old building with a large signboard on top. The architecture suggests it might be a public or official building possibly a courthouse given its style and the presence of a flag. The signboard has several lines of text but they are too small to read clearly.
On the right side there's a digitally altered image overlaid on the photograph. This alteration features a vibrant rainbow-like spectrum that fills the entire right side of the image. Overlapping this spectrum is an illustration of a tree with green leaves. The tree has a somewhat whimsical appearance due to its stylized nature and the bright colors used for the foliage.
The background behind the altered image contains the lower part of the building from the left side indicating that both sides are connected by a vertical axis. The bottom right corner of the image shows leaves of the tree from the right side suggesting that the composite is created to show the relationship or juxtaposition between these two different scenes.
