The image is a composite of two photographs placed one on top of the other with a rainbow-colored filter applied to the bottom photograph. The upper photo captures a building with an ornate facade that has been colorfully painted. The structure appears to be tall with multiple stories and windows featuring architectural details such as balconies and decorative elements.
The lower photo shows a vibrant rainbow emanating from the center of the image which overlays the upper photograph in a transparent layer. This rainbow effect is the most noticeable alteration to the original image.
In the foreground of the bottom photo there's vegetation partially obscuring the view and it includes what seems to be tall grass or weeds. The color scheme of this lower layer is predominantly green and yellow with some areas where red tones have been applied. These overlay effects combine elements from both photographs in a way that blends and distorts colors and shapes across the image.
