The foreground on the left side of the image offers a closer view of an urban landscape. There's a tree adorned with colorful leaves in hues of red and green adding a splash of nature to the urban setting. The ground beneath is not bare but covered in a layer of green plants hinting at an environmentally conscious city.
The sky above is a clear blue devoid of clouds. This suggests that the photo was taken on a bright day.
Interestingly there's a filter applied to the image. A rainbow-colored aura surrounds the building and part of the tree lending an ethereal quality to the scene. The exact purpose of this filter is not clear from the image alone but it certainly adds a touch of whimsy to the cityscape.
