This is a composite image with two distinct sections merged together. The top section of the image shows an illustration of a building that resembles a large castle or fortress characterized by multiple towers and crenellations. The architecture is detailed with visible flagpoles on top of some of the towers. In front of the building stands a statue or monument topped with what appears to be a cross.
