This is a digitally altered photograph showing an urban scene with the skyscraper "The Peace Tower" prominently in the background. The tower which has a distinctive clock face is adorned with stained glass windows of various hues. In the foreground there are trees with bare branches that appear to have been digitally colored in shades of pink and purple adding an unusual and vibrant element to the scene. The image also includes a rainbow effect which seems to emanate from the base of the tower extending downwards into the lower left corner of the photo. The sky is partially visible at the top of the image showing clear blue with clouds scattered across it.
