The image presents a vibrant scene of a cityscape under the influence of a psychedelic filter. Dominating the center is a tall building its facade a pristine white adorned with ornate details that speak to a classical architectural style. Atop this structure stands a dome also in white punctuated by intricate designs.
The building serves as a stark contrast against the backdrop of the city. The sky is a canvas of colors with hues of green and blue painting the upper part while a rainbow arch stretches across the top right corner adding to the psychedelic effect.
In the foreground tall plants rise up towards the building. These plants are lush and green their presence providing a sense of life and growth amidst the urban setting. They also create an interesting juxtaposition with the man-made structure in the background.
The entire scene is divided into two halves by a vertical line.
