This is a composite image featuring three distinct photos arranged vertically. The top photo shows a vibrant night sky with the colors of pink blue and purple blending together. In the middle section there's a building with an ornate facade illuminated by colorful lights. Below this on the bottom we see an urban scene at dusk or dawn. The background is dark but the tops of trees and a building can be discerned in silhouette with a patch of sky showing through the branches. The sky has streaks of color possibly from an airplane contrail or a time-lapse photographic effect creating a dynamic atmosphere.
The top photo seems to have been taken at night with long exposure settings resulting in the blending of colors from the sky and building lights. The bottom two photos seem to depict a daytime urban scene possibly a downtown area given the architecture and the dense planting along the street.
